Trade-event setup study

Illustrative event configuration. Select the exact frame, roof, printed panels, accessories and anchoring in the RFQ.

Choose the frame around the activation schedule

A one-off promotion and a national roadshow do not need the same frame. Compare duty cycle, transport method and setup frequency before choosing the print package.

  • BST 30 mm steel for value-focused distributor programs
  • THI 40 mm steel for frequent commercial handling
  • AUT assisted opening for mobile teams
  • ALU aluminum for lower carry weight

Define every printed panel

A reliable print quotation names the roof panels, valances and removable walls individually. Vector logos are preferred; photographic artwork requires sufficient resolution at final size.

Keep reorders compatible

Record the exact frame model, roof dimensions, attachment method, approved colors and artwork revision. A replacement roof is only a dependable reorder when those specifications remain consistent.
